| CHECK-IN |
| Please plan to check-in after 3:00PM on your arrival date. Due to the need to schedule cleaning personnel, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. |

| CHECK-OUT |
| Check-out time is at 12 Noon on your departure date. |
| |
| CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS |
| If it is necessary to cancel reservations, please notify us as soon as possible. We will attempt to re-rent the unit for the time you had reserved. If the unit is re-rented for the entire period of your reservation, the the total amount of your advance payment(s) will be refunded minus an administration fee of $100. If re-rented for less than the entire period, you will receive a refund for the total amount of the advance payment(s) minus a $100 admin fee and minus the amount for the un-rented days. If the unit is not re-rented, no rent refund will be issued, but your security deposit will be refunded in full if already paid. In the case of events outside the control of owner/agent, causing propery to be unavailable, you will be notified at the earliest possible date and a full refund of all funds will be paid. |

| MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY |
| The maximum occupancy is 4 for the main house and 2 for the guest house, with an additional 2 person capacity if the lower studio bedroom is also rented. |

| PAYMENT |
A reservation is considered confirmed when a payment of one half (50%) of the total rent is provided to confirm the reservation. Reservations will be held for 24 hours to allow for payment arrival. If confirmation of payment is not received within this time, the reservation may be canceled without notice.
The final rent payment is due forty-five (45) days before the arrival date. If the reservation is made within this 45 day period, the total rent must be paid at the time of reservation. |

| METHOD OF PAYMENT |
| Payments may be made in US funds either wire transfer, personal check, money order, cashier's check, or credit card. Wire transfer instructions provided upon request. |

| ASSIGNMENT / SUBLETTING |
| Guest cannot assign the rental agreement or sublet use of any part of the house. |
| |
| DAMAGES |
| Guest making the reservation shall be liable for any damages to the house and/or it's contents. |
| |
| ERRORS AND OMISSION |
| Every effort is made to ensure that all information provided herein is accurate and complete. However, the owner/agent shall not be held liable for issues or concerns with regard to the house or surrounding facilities that are the result of changes outside of their control. |
| |
| INDEMNITY |
| The owner/agent is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to disturbances on nearby propery, construction noise, or debris, town festivities or acts of nature. Rental of the propery and occupation thereof by Guests, families, and fellow guests is entirely at the risk of the Guest; and while every effort is made by the owner/agent for the comfort and safety of Guests, families, and fellow guests, the owner/agent is not responsible for such comfort and safety while Guest, families and fellow guests occupy the owner's propery during the period of lease, unless through willful negligence of owner/agent. |

| CONSTRUCTION |
| As Sayulita continues to grow, we cannot predict when or where new construction will begin. Unofortunately, we have no control in these situations and cannot move or offer refunds on confirmed reservations if construction occurs near us. |

| CHILDREN & SAFETY |
| casabrava is not designed to be safe for children because it is built into a very steep hill and there are several areas with open railings above high drop offs. One unprotected side of the pool also sits above a high retaining wall. These elements make the house spectacular for adults, but unfortunately, they are also potentially dangerous for children. For this reason, we also do not allow any young children to visit the house. |

| GUEST RESPONSIBILITY |
| The guest whose name appears on the confirmation is responsible for all terms and conditions set forth in this document for them, their guests or others they may have visiting or staying at casa brava during their term of occupancy. |

| INSURANCE |
| Vacation and trip interruption/cancellation insurance is available from many insurance carriers and is recommended for guests to consider for protecting their investment. |
| |
| PARKING |
| An assigned space is provided for one vehicle per house. Other parking is available on the street. |
| |
| REPAIRS / MAINTENANCE |
| Every effort is made to be certain that household equipment will be in working order upon arrival. Inoperative equipment should be reported to property manager and every effort will be made to correct the problem; however, no refund or rate adjustment will be made for mechanical failures or disruption of service (e.g. phone, internet, water) which is beyond the control of owner/agent. |

| SECURITY / CLEANING / TELEPHONE |
| Reservations may require a $300 refundable Security Deposit with your final payment. This deposit will be returned in full by mail within 15 days after departure provided there is no damage, the house is left in good condition, and all keys have been returned. If a problem is determined to exist (damage repairs, extraordinary cleaning, long distance telephone charges, etc.), we will notify you in writing explaining the nature of the problem(s) and the costs to resolve them. These costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If anything in the unit is damaged during your stay, please let us know before you leave. |

| TERMINATION OF RENTAL |
| The owner/agent reserves the right ro refuse rental or terminate occupancy if in their opinion the occupancy may be detrimental to the property or illegal activities are taking place. No refund will be given if occupancy is terminated as a result of substantial violation of rental agreement or if reservations are obtained under false pretenses. |

As with any property use agreement, these are basic terms and conditions that we feel are appropriate and will request that you sign a printed copy of the agreement with your final payment. |

| ABOUT THE HOUSE |

Designed with a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of Sayulita,casabrava is a bold and stunning contribution to Mexican tropical modern architecture and must be seen and experienced to be truly appreciated. It brings contemporary living respectfully into balance with its tropical setting, without surrendering to conventional ideas of architectural design in the area.
Special ingredients come together to makecasabrava the unique and lovely place it is. First is the location; the top of one of Sayulita's highest hills with perfect 360 degree views in every direction of the Pacific Ocean, the town of Sayulita and the Mexican jungle. Second, is the proximity to the beach and the town center (both 10 minutes by foot) and the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (23 miles and 40 minutes by car or taxi). And finally, the daring modern architecture that is becoming a major Mexican export. Add to this mix the constant gentle sea breezes, the lull of surf crashing on the beach and so many palm fronds flashing in the bright warm sun, and the result is a perfectly wonderful feast.
The structure contains two houses -- the 2BR/2BA main house and the 1BR/1BA guest house, with an additional studio apartment. Each unit offers ample privacy and separation of space; together they offer the perfect accommodations for couples, friends or family traveling together. Every room has incredible views of either the ocean, the pueblo, the surrounding mountains, or all of the above.
Kick back and relax in one of the many hammocks and watch a family of frolicking whales along the coast, or the screeching flocks of wild parrots, or the distant jungle covered mountains slowly shift from bright green to deep purple with the setting sun.
